We are excited to have you explore these unique workshops. 

People who have Parkinson’s disease, or similar symptoms, can enhance their daily quality of life, and even build impressive power, strength, flexibility and speed through movement. By working with trained coaches, you can start to feel better. These exercises move your body on all planes of motions while at the same time requiring you to focus on specific elements of movement. Our workshops are designed so that anyone, at any level of Parkinson's, can lessen their symptoms and feel better. 

Please come prepared to work hard! Wear loose comfortable clothing and supportive athletic shoes. For in-person workshops, please bring your own water and wear a mask.

We are especially interested in serving Black, Hispanic, Asian, and Indigenous people who have, or might suspect they have, Parkinson’s. We strive to create an atmosphere that reflects and respects the cultures of those we serve.
